Transparent release film of PVA.
PVA-Film has the feature, that it gets extremely flexible if exposed to moisture and only shrinks back to its original size when drying. It also has great release characteristics to common laminating resins (also polyester and vinyl ester resins) and is insensitive to organic solvents and heat.
Elongation at break according to ASTM D882 is at 6.7 % moisture between 480 % and 560 %.
